Event video that keeps working after everyone goes home

Most events are forgotten by Monday. A recap, a run of clips and a set of photos keep the momentum going for weeks.

Why it works

You spend months planning an event, and it's over in a day. The photos get posted once and the energy fades.

We cover the room and the people in it: a recap, on-site interviews with guests and speakers, panel coverage, photos, and short clips you can keep posting long after the venue's cleared out.

One event can feed a whole content calendar. Three of the vertical series on our work page came from a single live event.

What you get

  • A recap video of the event
  • On-site interviews with attendees, speakers and your team
  • Panel and talk coverage
  • A run of short vertical clips, including street-style interview formats
  • Event photography on request: dinners, conferences, company events and panels, with the number of photos scoped to the project
  • A run-of-show we write with you before the day
  • Captions in your brand style, delivered in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1

How it works

  1. 01Booka call on the event, the audience, and the run-of-show.
  2. 02Shootwe film the day. For interviews, we ask the questions or train someone on your team to.
  3. 03Editfirst cut in 10–14 days, feedback in Frame.io, typically three to four rounds.
  4. 04Distributeclips, photos and copy go to speakers, partners and attendees, so the event spreads past your own channels.

FAQ

What kinds of events do you cover?
Conferences, hackathons, product launches, dinners, happy hours, panels and team offsites.
Do you take photos too?
Yes. We photograph dinners, conferences, company events and panels alongside the video, or on their own. The number of photos depends on the event and is scoped with you.
How soon do we get the recap?
The first cut arrives 10–14 days after the event. If you have a hard deadline, tell us on the call.
Can you interview our attendees?
Yes. We plan the questions and formats with you, then ask them on the floor — or train someone on your team to.
Do you travel to the event?
Yes. Filming on location is how we work, across the Americas and Europe.
What does event coverage cost?
Every project is scoped to what you need. Book a call and we'll send a tailored proposal.
